Our Concept



Inspired by contemporary cuisine, we use primarily local products, selecting them carefully and paying special attention to clean and organic flavors.


The Menu

We create and evolve the aromas, flavors and textures of the ingredients bringing the sensory experience from our kitchen to the palate of our guests.

Our pastured meats are Dry Aged from 21 days to 100 days at a controlled temperature and environment.



The experience is complemented in a private and organic space, a unique environment that mixes personalized attention and close service.

This is our creative space, where we innovate the conception of each dish with different techniques. This area represents a third part of our total physical space, due to its importance as an indispensable tool in our culinary proposal.
